       We, Phoenix Petrogas Limited Ms. Deng Yiping has been resigned CFO and had appointed Mr. Joshua Hoe (Singapore Passport: K19***71K) as the new chief financial officer (CFO), effective May 28, 2021. As CFO, Mr. Joshua Hoe will collaborate with Phoenix Petrogas Limited to ensure the strong financial investment of globally-recognized and effect period for 36 months.
